Hi, I’m Iz, the ideator of Alavanz.
I’m a founder, CX Architect, serial entrepreneur, mentor, speaker and mom who’s lived the challenge of building a career while managing life’s nonstop demands. Alavanz was born from experience—seeing how women are expected to lead at work and at home while drowning in information overload.
After 100+ interviews, one thing is clear: from stay-at-home moms to CEOs, the pressure to do it all is real—and burnout is always close.
That’s why I built Alavanz. Not another tool, but the one I wish I had—designed to help women grow, focus, and finally move through life and work with clarity.
